We are well experienced in the design, construction and financing for new custom homes. You can have us bid your plans or we can design a set of plans for you. We are two brothers who are both journeymen craftsmen and expert design consultants. When you call us you get our personal attention. We sit with you and design your custom home for you the way you want it and to fit your budget.

Because we design and build, our project design is exceptional. From concept to completion, as
highly competent, fully licensed and insured, and experienced home builders, we will keep your
project proceeding smoothly with the following steps:
Consultation: A personal initial contact to meet us and lay out your expectations and be sure we are a good fit for each other.
Layout: We can design your custom home. We are both experienced designers. Also, we can bid your plans if you’ve had some prepared already.
Budget Planning: With over 30 years of experience we will help you develop a budget and create a design within it to provide you with a custom home you can afford. Whether your budget is large or small, your custom home can become a reality when you work with North Winds Building and Construction.
Installation
Because some homeowners are “hands on” We offer both full or partial building services. Because we design and build our own homes, we can proceed at a brisk pace with high quality results every single time. A typical time frame for a new home build is 4 to 6 months depending on the home
